Our speakers:

Ana Sofia Jerónimo - Head of Business Development, Bluepharma, Portugal

Graduated in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Lisbon, has been developing her career since 2007 in the areas of pharmacoeconomics and business development, both in the pharmaceutical industry and at Infarmed. The taste and enthusiasm for her career has promoted continuous investment in training. In addition to a Postgraduate Degree in Pharmacy and Drug Law, she has a Master Degree in Health Economics and Management, as well as several other training courses that have promoted professional growth and personal enrichment. She is currently the director of Bluepharma's Business Development department and is primarily responsible for the company's licensing and internationalization activities.

Farmacêutico, com formação em avaliação económica de medicamentos e um MBA em gestão. Título de especialista em assuntos regulamentares pela Ordem dos Farmacêuticos.

Mais de 20 anos de experiência na industria farmacêutica, numa experiência que abarcou 4 empresas farmacêuticas (Merck, Pfizer, Wyeth, Zimaia) e uma entidade reguladora (Infarmed). Vasta experiência em acesso ao mercado e assuntos institucionais, com experiência anterior em farmacovigilância e assuntos regulamentares.

Presidente da APREFAR durante 6 anos.

Principais interesses na área de gestão de organizações, técnicas de negociação, psicologia/sociologia comportamental, acesso ao mercado e economia da saúde.

Nos tempos livres gosta de viajar, ler e fazer tiro.

Eleanor Bartosh - Head of Research, Enterprise Design Thinking at IBM

As Head of Research, Eleanor is responsible for all research efforts across IBM’s Enterprise Design Thinking portfolio. Together with her team, she works to understand and communicate the needs of the people they serve, and consistently deliver delightful experiences. Eleanor also leads the offering’s Sponsor User Program, where designers partner with end users to inform platform experience and strategy. Eleanor previously served as lead for IBM’s Design Research Practice and as a researcher with IBM’s Power Systems, where she helped executives understand the needs of system administrators. Prior to IBM, Eleanor spent several years at PwC helping Fortune 500 clients practice human-centered design, innovate amidst change, and improve business performance. She is a native Texan who currently resides in Austin with her family.
